Role Overview
Project Manager - Retail based in Saudi Arabia with Johnson Controls, responsible for successful delivery of solutions across assigned client accounts in the Middle East and Africa region.

Role Purpose
Oversee the successful delivery and installation of Traffic and demographic metrics systems across all assigned client accounts in the Middle East and Africa region, ensuring projects are completed on scope, budget, schedule, and quality in new shopping mall and retail store openings and refits.
Key Responsibilities
Rollout and Installation
- Lead rollout of Sensormatic solutions across MEA shopping malls and retail stores.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of traffic and demographic metric systems.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate technical resources, subcontractors, and internal planners.
- Lead site meetings to define requirements, readiness, and handover.
- Deliver projects on scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
Management and Monitoring
- Manage risk, changes, resources, and costs; monitor actions.
- Ensure compliance with project management and health and safety standards.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across processes.
- Strive for right-first-time installations; capture learnings and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Project management qualification or equivalent experience.
Skills & Competencies
Required
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Good working knowledge of IT and network infrastructures.
- Organized, methodical, and process-driven approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
