Role Overview
JASARA PMC is seeking a Project Manager - Fit Out/Theming to join the team. The role is based in Saudi Arabia and involves managing and delivering fit-out and theming projects that meet client expectations and company standards.
Role Purpose
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out and theming projects from initiation through completion. Ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness while managing relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of fit-out and theming projects from concept to completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently to meet deadlines and cost targets.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among all parties.
Quality & Compliance
- Conduct site visits to monitor quality and adherence to specifications.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements for construction and fit-out works.
Progress Management & Problem Resolution
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Manage experience in budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and present regular project reports, documentation, and presentations to clients and internal management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in fit-out, theming, or interior construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and contractors.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out and theming processes, materials, and industry standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project, Aconex, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
