Role Overview
Project Manager, PDS Projects at JLL, based on-site in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee all aspects of construction execution for a mixed-use development project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Role Purpose
Manage day-to-day construction operations across all phases of a mixed-use development project from mobilization through handover, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors to deliver on schedule, within budget and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate construction management software, coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure milestone achievement
Governance & Administration
- Establish project governance structures and reporting protocols aligned with client requirements and organizational standards
- Administer construction contracts in accordance with FIDIC or other applicable contract frameworks
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary point of contact between the client, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with main contractors and specialty subcontractors across multiple building types and systems
- Facilitate regular progress meetings and maintain clear communication channels with all project participants
Quality & Compliance
- Enforce quality control procedures and conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and building codes
- Monitor site health and safety compliance, ensuring contractor adherence to Dubai Municipality and client safety standards
Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of construction project management experience with at least 5 years on large-scale mixed-use developments
- Proven track record delivering complex multi-discipline projects involving coordination of residential towers, retail podiums, and associated infrastructure
Skills & Competencies
- Professional certifications such as PMP, RICS, or equivalent are highly preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, building systems, and sequencing for mixed-use developments
- Proficiency in construction management software including Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
- Outstanding communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is advantageous
