Role Overview
Project Manager – Offshore Services at DP World, based at the Corporate Office in Dubai, UAE.
Role Purpose
Manage offshore services projects from inception through delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution while maintaining strict compliance with maritime HSSEQ regulations and company operational standards. Lead global project teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
- Deliver successful project execution and handover within established timelines and critical paths.
- Manage project cost delivery strictly within authorized baseline budgets and managed contingencies.
- Develop accurate, detailed, and complete schedules, budgets, and project execution plans.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure strict adherence to maritime HSSEQ regulations across all project phases.
- Maintain compliance with company operational standards throughout project lifecycle.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Deliver high-quality, timely, and complete progress reporting to stakeholders.
- Provide accurate variation and financial reporting on schedule and budget performance.
Additional Information
This role is based at the Corporate Office in Dubai, UAE, and demands global travel at short notice. Extended periods overseas are required, potentially up to 3 to 6 months or more, during intense shipyard and project execution phases.
