Project Manager - Luxury Residential Developments (London&Dubai)

Role Overview

Project Manager – Luxury Residential Developments at AHS Properties. Primarily London-based with frequent travel to Dubai. Full-time position.

Role Purpose

Lead the complete project lifecycle for two major luxury residential developments spanning London and Dubai, ensuring seamless coordination, quality control, and timely delivery through oversight of design, contractors, budgets, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Lifecycle & Coordination

• Manage the full project lifecycle for two luxury residential developments in London and Dubai.
• Lead coordination between architects, designers, consultants, and contractors across both regions.
• Ensure all construction and design work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Planning & Budget Management

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and reporting.
• Deliver complex, high-value projects on time and within budget.

Site Oversight & Quality

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
• Maintain a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to project delivery.

Risk Management & Communication

• Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver clear project updates to senior leadership and the client.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Manage regulatory approvals, permits, and compliance requirements in both the UK and UAE.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years' experience managing luxury residential construction projects.
• Proven experience managing multi-location teams and international contractors.
• Background in ultra-luxury or bespoke residential developments.
• Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with both UAE construction and UK standards and regulatory processes (preferred).
