Role Overview

Project Manager - External Works at JASARA PMC. This role manages the planning, design, and execution of external works encompassing civil general assets and landscape projects within comprehensive social infrastructure programs supporting Vision 2030.

Role Purpose

Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality external works projects on time, within budget, and meeting client standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through planning, design, and execution of external works projects.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting client standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risks effectively.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors throughout project execution.
• Communicate project status and requirements across all stakeholder groups.

Operations & Problem-Solving

• Handle multiple priorities under pressure with strong problem-solving capability.
• Manage civil infrastructure, landscaping design, and construction process complexities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and delivery of heavy civil projects.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager managing external works including civil general assets and landscape projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, landscaping design, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management capability.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local codes, standards, and environmental regulations.

Additional Information

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.
