Role Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and delivering construction projects from initiation to completion. The role ensures successful delivery of projects within scope, cost, and schedule while maintaining compliance with design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead project planning and execution from initiation through completion.
• Oversee project budgeting and cost management.
• Manage project handover upon completion.
• Ensure delivery within scope, cost, and schedule parameters.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Enforce adherence to timelines and safety regulations.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage client relationships throughout project delivery.
