Role Overview
Project Manager - Data Projects at TAWANTECH. The role involves managing and delivering data-related initiatives from initiation through completion.
Role Purpose
Manage and deliver data-related initiatives from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining effective stakeholder communication and alignment with business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Manage end-to-end data projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage project scope, resources, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects meet business and technical requirements.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external parties.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and regular project reporting.
- Lead project meetings and follow up on action items.
Monitoring & Documentation
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–7 years of proven experience in Project Management.
- Mandatory hands-on experience managing Data Projects.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or a related field.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
