Role Purpose

Oversee complex construction projects from inception through completion while demonstrating strong leadership capabilities, analytical thinking, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
• Maintain detailed project documentation

Budget & Financial Management

• Manage project budgets and track expenditures
• Implement cost control measures to ensure financial objectives are met

Risk Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis
• Develop contingency plans

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and UAE regulations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including local UAE safety standards and OSHA guidelines

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and supervise project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff
• Foster collaboration and accountability

Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and senior management
• Provide regular progress updates and address concerns

Contract & Procurement Management

• Manage contracts and procurement processes
• Manage vendor relationships to optimize resources and maintain project efficiency

Performance Management

• Analyze project performance metrics
• Implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in construction project management
• Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budget management
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and local UAE regulations
• Experience with large-scale or complex construction projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent platforms
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Advanced time management and organizational capabilities
• Proficiency in contract management and procurement processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
