Role Purpose
Oversee the pre-operational planning and opening of new schools to support New Century Education's rapid growth strategy as an expanding school operator.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones.
- Direct and manage project development from commencement to completion.
Operations & Resource Management
- Manage multiple projects on a daily basis.
- Ensure proper allocation of resources to complete projects on time.
- Ensure documents are updated, completed, and stored appropriately.
Communication & Reporting
- Communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear manner.
- Develop and deliver progress reports.
- Chair weekly project review meetings with key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar level role.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience working in a school environment.
- Experience working in a government or semi-government environment.
- Previously worked in a fast-paced, rapid growth company.
