Role Purpose

To manage and supervise bridge maintenance projects in Abu Dhabi from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to required quality standards while coordinating multiple teams, stakeholders, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage the overall bridge maintenance project and site activities.
• Plan and monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of the project.

Team Leadership

• Manage engineers, supervisors, technicians, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Lead teams through execution of bridge maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, structural, concrete, painting, and other related works.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with the client, consultant, authorities, and other stakeholders.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and review project progress reports and documentation.

Health, Safety & Environment

• Monitor Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.

Problem Resolution

• Resolve technical and site-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience.
• Strong experience in Bridge Maintenance and/or Bridge Construction.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager on bridge or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) bridge projects is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of UAE bridge and road infrastructure works.
• Experience dealing with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Arabic speaker is highly preferred.

Additional Information

• Must have a valid UAE Driving License.
• Must own a car.
• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
