Role Overview
Project Management Specialist at JASARA PMC. This pivotal role harnesses project management expertise to drive the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure projects align with organizational goals and objectives, with a focus on sustainable infrastructure development within the Kingdom.
Role Purpose
Lead a variety of projects that contribute to the development of sustainable infrastructure, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively and projects remain aligned with company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scope Management
- Formulate and implement detailed project plans, ensuring clarity in project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with various teams to facilitate the timely execution of project tasks and milestones.
- Utilize project management software to track progress and communicate effectively with team members and executives.
Risk & Issue Management
- Assess project risks and issues, implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of project status with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout project life cycles.
Team Leadership & Development
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project management professionals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 10 years of project management experience, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects.
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
