Role Purpose

Lead all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environmental management across ongoing civil and infrastructure projects. The role demands a strategic professional with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to promoting a proactive safety culture throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

HSE Policy & Systems

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, systems, and procedures in alignment with company and project requirements.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.

Risk Management & Investigation

• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.

Training & Awareness

• Provide HSE training and awareness programs to all staff and subcontractors.

Site Operations & Culture

• Lead site inspections and support project teams in maintaining a safe working environment.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture, ensuring that HSE objectives are integrated into all project operations.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities on all HSE matters.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership abilities.
• Technical expertise in health, safety, and environmental management.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
