Role Purpose
Direct all phases of infrastructure projects including design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover while maintaining executive oversight of technical, commercial, contractual, and financial matters.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Direct all phases of infrastructure projects from inception through completion, maintaining executive oversight of technical, commercial, contractual, and financial matters
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all project stages
- Deliver projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as the primary consultant representative to clients, government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee stakeholder communication and relationship management to ensure alignment with project objectives and contractual obligations
Project Performance & Governance
- Manage project performance against approved budgets, schedules, quality standards, safety protocols, and sustainability requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience directing large-scale infrastructure projects from conception through completion
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships
- Strong knowledge of project controls, contract management, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance
