Project Director at JASARA PMC. This senior leadership position manages and oversees high-impact construction projects, guiding project teams to ensure successful completion while adhering to time constraints and budgetary limitations.

Role Purpose
Direct all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and team members to drive project objectives, ensure quality outcomes, and maintain strategic oversight of resources, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Direct and oversee all project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budget thresholds.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline goals, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure successful completion of projects while adhering to time constraints and budgetary limitations.
Resource Management
- Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and budgets.
Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to drive project objectives.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and implement risk management strategies to mitigate issues before they arise.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations throughout all project operations.
Reporting & Leadership
- Lead project meetings, preparing reports and updates for upper management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with local construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices is desirable.

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
