Role Purpose
Lead a major rail and TBM construction project through all phases from planning through commissioning, driving exceptional outcomes for global clients while ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Direct all project phases including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and timelines throughout project delivery.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Establish and maintain cost control measures to ensure fiscal responsibility and optimize value.
Stakeholder & Regulatory Management
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate project approvals and smooth execution through effective stakeholder engagement.
Quality & Safety
- Maintain rigorous quality and safety standards across all project operations.
- Manage multifaceted stakeholder environments to sustain operational integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven expertise in project management with demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing substantial budgets and cost control processes.
Skills & Competencies
