Role Overview
Project Coordinator at Nabors, responsible for supporting office operations in Field/Aftermarket Services and Workshop in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The role ensures execution of daily departmental tasks aligns with Company procedures and policies while overseeing project execution.

Role Purpose
Support regular office operations for Field/Aftermarket Services and Workshop divisions while ensuring all daily departmental tasks execute in line with Company procedures and policies, and oversee projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Manage repairs and new builds to ensure they are performed properly, safely, and economically by accurately recording billable hours.
- Work with Workshop Supervisor and consult with Houston Engineering & Quality on modifications and dispositions for approval according to Company policies and procedures before operation.
- Ensure most current drawings are used.
- Verify that all issues identified on walk-throughs are completed before requesting ATS.
- Keep general maintenance, operation, and repair records and documents accurate and up to date.
- Provide direction to facilitate decisions on priorities of repairs and preventative maintenance activities.
- Verify that work folders are accurate and complete.
- Ensure effective communication with the Team and provide direction and support to shop employees.
- Use technical experience to mentor regional resources and lead team in formulating corrective actions and lessons learned.
- Ensure proper scheduling and utilization of resources to meet internal and external due dates.
- Establish Canrig as a leader in service quality among local customer base and ranked against peers.
- Oversee customer feedback program, Internal NCR and External service quality incident reporting, ensuring follow-up and closure with customers.
- Work with Workshop Supervisor and manage local vendors required for support of Canrig repairs and service.
- Track field jobs and close them on a timely manner.
- Support Field Operations with day-to-day personnel activity.
- Support and participate in achieving organizational QHSE Objectives.
- Follow up with customers for revised Purchase Orders.
Financial Management
- Hold responsibility and accountability for Canrig Projects in KSA—Workshop and Field.
- Manage costs in line with plan and activity levels.
- Submit Project DPMs prior to Kick-off and Post completion.
- Review financial performance and recommend changes.
- Ensure timely submission of documentation for invoicing of clients.
Personnel Management
- Assist Operations Manager to recruit and nationalize key positions to meet in-country value levels.
- Conduct morning meetings and monitor BMI programs.
- Ensure the roles, responsibilities, authorities, accountabilities, and performance measures of direct reports are defined, understood, and enforced.
- Establish goals and priorities with direct reports.
- Establish a system of accountability and monitor the performance of direct reports.
- Conduct and oversee performance reviews with direct reports on a timely basis.
- Ensure a high level of productivity, teamwork, and employee satisfaction within the team.
Sales and Marketing
- Collaborate with regional sales team to ensure S&OP, Repair Scorecard and Salesforce requirements are updated regularly.
- Follow up and coordinate the implementation of the defined budget strategy.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager for repair and rebuild quotations.
Compliance and Governance
- Perform duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and quality objectives.
- Exercise necessary authority to make decisions within scope of work and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Hold accountability for quality, accuracy, and timeliness of work.
- Report any nonconformities or risks that may impact quality, legal compliance, safety, environment, or customer satisfaction.
- Support and participate in achieving organizational QHSE objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in sales-related role.
- Experience generating quotations and direct interaction with customers.

Additional Information
- Work conditions may include travel to and from other Canrig facilities.
