Role Overview
Project Controls Manager at JASARA PMC, supporting major social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia.
Company Overview
JASARA PMC is a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, delivering major social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia in support of Vision 2030. The company operates within the construction sector with a focus on disciplined delivery, strong governance, and measurable progress.
Role Purpose
To provide the structure and visibility that keep major projects on track by bringing clarity to performance, supporting informed decision-making, and enabling project teams and stakeholders to understand cost, schedule, and delivery status across the program.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
- Lead project planning and scheduling activities.
Cost Control & Performance
- Monitor project performance against budget, timeline, and key delivery milestones.
- Lead cost control activities.
Systems & Analytics
- Develop and maintain project controls systems, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on project status, cost trends, and schedule impacts.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with project directors, client representatives, consultants, and contractors on cost and schedule reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in project controls, including cost management and schedule oversight.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or social infrastructure programs.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong skills with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with at least one cost or planning system, along with dashboard-based reporting.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP, or Oracle Unifier (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Power BI development and report use (preferred).
- Familiarity with Aconex, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 (preferred).
