Role Purpose

Lead project controls activities across the full project lifecycle, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and resources are effectively managed. Apply expertise in mixed-use projects by integrating multiple disciplines to achieve project objectives and deliverables efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Lead the development and implementation of project controls systems tailored to mixed-use projects.

Financial & Schedule Management

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting accurately and timely.
• Analyze project performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project controls integration.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and reporting sessions.
• Mentor and guide junior project controls staff to enhance team capabilities.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in project controls with direct involvement in mixed-use developments.
• Experience working in the Middle East region is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of project controls tools, software, and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex project schedules and budgets.
