Role Purpose
Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring smooth documentation, coordination, and compliance with project requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Records Management
- Maintain project documentation and records.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate meetings and prepare reports.
Procurement & Vendor Relations
- Assist in procurement and vendor communication.
Project Operations
- Support project managers in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in project administration within contracting companies.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
