Role Purpose
Build and scale Daos Padel as a scalable, ongoing product and community, not just separate events. Take full ownership of the stream from concept to execution to commercial success, transforming it into a recurring, high-quality experience that ranges from regular community meetups and corporate games to large-scale flagship padel tournaments.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Execution
- Develop and execute a portfolio of padel and wellness programming that includes regular community meetups, corporate games, and large-scale flagship tournaments.
- Transform the current flagship tournament (https://padel.daoshub.xyz/) into a foundation for expanding the stream.
- Deliver recurring, high-quality padel and wellness experiences that bring together founders, executives, investors, and teams in Dubai.
Commercial Success
- Own the commercial strategy and performance of the padel and wellness stream.
- Drive revenue and business outcomes for the program.
Ownership & Strategy
- Take full ownership of the stream across all phases: concept, execution, and commercial success.
- Think and operate like a builder and owner, balancing strategic vision with operational precision.
