JASARA PMC is seeking a senior professional for a high-impact leadership role on a landmark mega development project in Saudi Arabia.
Role Purpose
Serve as a strategic interface between client, executive leadership, and project stakeholders, driving alignment, visibility, governance, and informed decision-making at the highest level. This role is centered on executive-level oversight rather than day-to-day operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Interface & Governance
- Serve as a strategic interface between the client, executive leadership, and project stakeholders
- Lead high-level programme governance, reporting, and performance oversight
- Ensure alignment between programme objectives, delivery strategy, and business priorities
Executive Reporting & Insights
- Provide executive-level insights on programme progress, risks, opportunities, and critical decisions
- Support executive decision-making through accurate and timely reporting and analysis
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client representatives and key stakeholders
- Drive strategic communication across multidisciplinary teams and leadership groups
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 20 years of experience in programme and project management within the hospitality sector
- Proven experience as a Programme Director or in a senior leadership role on major development programmes
- Extensive background in mega or giga projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably PIF-backed projects
- Strong experience in client management, strategic reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Exposure to PMC, developer, or client-side environments

- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively within complex, high-profile project environments
