Program Manager at SEA Ventures. Role Purpose
The Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across the program lifecycle, overseeing the full spectrum of program activities from design through delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Design
- Develop and refine the program's scope, goals, deliverables, and objectives in alignment with the organization's overall goals.
- Design workflows and develop detailed program plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
Program Execution
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring timely execution of activities.
- Monitor progress ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to deliver all aspects of the program successfully.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the program, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide regular progress updates, and gather feedback to refine program outcomes.
Resource Management
- Allocate and optimize program resources.
- Monitor resource usage to ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop and track the program's progress, milestones, and performance against KPIs.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and final reports.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify potential challenges or risks within the program and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate the program's effectiveness and recommend improvements for future cycles.
- Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability within the program.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience managing complex programs, including the coordination of multiple interrelated projects.
- Strong expertise in program design, planning, and execution.
