Program Manager

Role Overview

Program Manager at Ripple, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will guide multi-solution client implementations for Ripple Treasury throughout the Middle East, acting as the link between project-level work and executive engagement.

Role Purpose

Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations in the Middle East. You will maintain program health for simultaneous projects, support governance and responsibility, and guarantee clients benefit fully from Ripple Treasury's platform on time and within budget. You will operate at both program and project level, translating strategic objectives into structured delivery plans while mentoring the broader PMO team.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery & Portfolio Management

• Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations in the Middle East, ensuring coordinated progress across multiple solutions, teams, and client collaborators.
• Develop and maintain coordinated program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, and program-level reporting in accordance with Ripple Treasury's delivery standards.
• Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and customer concerns; drive issue resolution across internal and external teams with urgency and ownership.

Stakeholder Management & Executive Engagement

• Serve as the senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executive partners, developing positive connections and ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and business outcomes.
• Facilitate executive-level status updates, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews with clients and internal leadership.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Partner with Project Managers on individual engagements, providing mentorship, quality oversight, and support for blocking issues as needed.
• Mentor and develop junior PMs and consultants while managing your own program delivery load.
• Contribute to PMO capability-building, including playbook development, methodology refinement, and team mentoring, as the practice scales.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success to align delivery execution with client objectives and company priorities.
• Work across internal delivery teams and third-party partners, including Systems Integrators or global consulting firms.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Champion program governance guidelines, change management, and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously, often with remote resources, global teams, and partner-led delivery components.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, bring up, and drive resolution of program risks and issues in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Experience working across internal delivery teams and third-party partners, including Systems Integrators or global consulting firms.
• Solid understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes; experience with Ripple Treasury (GTreasury), Kyriba, ION, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience providing services to clients across the Middle East, or a proven capability to work effectively across regional business cultures, time zones, and working-week conventions.

• Strong collaborator management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence at all organizational levels, from project teams to C-suite sponsors.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities, with the ability to simplify complex delivery status into clear executive narratives.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior PMs and consultants.
