Role Purpose
As a Technical Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role in enhancing the sales of assigned products by offering presales support to customers and converting inquiries into the right technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Solution Management
- Convert customer and reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.
- Meet with end-users to better understand their requirements.
- Generate Bills of Materials and design solution blocks in collaboration with hardware and software vendors.
Demonstrations & Training
- Conduct demos and proof of concept presentations to customers.
- Arrange and conduct technical training for partners and customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of presales experience.
- Gulf and Cyber Security experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively.
