Key Responsibilities
Production Oversight
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet targets and deadlines.

- Maintain production records and prepare reports on performance metrics.
Team Management
- Manage, train, and motivate production staff to achieve operational excellence.
Issue Resolution & Optimization
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Proven experience in production supervision or manufacturing management.
Skills & Competencies
