Role Overview
Production Skilled Helper at Napco National.
Role Purpose
Operate production machinery according to established procedures while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, applying efficient resource management, and supporting maintenance and operational excellence across all production activities.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable.
- Generate the required output with the least required resources.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO.
- Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect humans, property, and prevent market losses.
Maintenance & Technical Knowledge
- Develop knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO's maintenance practices.
