PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Role Overview

Production Operator at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards, managing documentation, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with support teams to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production & Documentation

• Validate availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up in order to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.

Operations & Safety

• Operate machine as per the Work Instruction in order to ensure a safe and sound runnability.
• Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run.
• Sustain the 5S conditions of machines and surrounding work place.

Quality & Inspection

• Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for approval before passing same for QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
• Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to take any necessary action.

Problem-Solving & Support

• Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need in order to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Internal

• All production and maintenance teams, Forklift Driver, Quality Control.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industrial Diploma preferred.
• 1 year experience in related tasks.
• Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English is a plus.
