PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Role Overview

Production Operator at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards, minimizing downtime, and ensuring production consistency through proper documentation validation, troubleshooting, and quality control coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Machine Management

• Operate machines according to Work Instructions to ensure safe and sound runnability.
• Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up in order to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
• Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for approval before passing to QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
• Sustain the 5S conditions of machines and surrounding workplace.

Problem-Solving & Support

• Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need in order to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Quality & Reporting

• Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to enable necessary action.

Team Management

• Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industrial Diploma preferred.
• One year of experience in related tasks.

Skills & Competencies

• Written and spoken Arabic and English (a plus).
