PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Role Overview

Production Operator at Napco National. The role is based on-site in manufacturing operations.

Role Purpose

Setup and operate a designated machine efficiently to manufacture required products according to pre-set specifications, ensuring safe runnability, quality output, and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Setup

• Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up in order to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
• Operate machine as per the Work Instruction in order to ensure a safe and sound runnability.

Quality Assurance

• Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for approval before passing same for QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
• Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to take any necessary action.

Troubleshooting & Efficiency

• Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need in order to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Team & Workplace Management

• Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run and sustain the 5S conditions of machines and surrounding workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industrial Diploma (preferred).
• 1 year experience in related tasks.
• Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English is a plus.
