PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Role Overview

Production Operator at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards, validating production readiness, and coordinating with helpers and quality assurance to minimize downtime and ensure consistent output.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Operate machines according to Work Instruction to ensure safe and sound runnability.
• Troubleshoot problems and request support as needed to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Quality Assurance

• Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up in order to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
• Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for approval before passing to QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
• Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to enable necessary action.

Team & Workplace Management

• Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run.
• Sustain the 5S conditions of machines and surrounding workplace.
