PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Role Overview

Production Operator at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Operate production machines safely and efficiently according to work instructions, validate job readiness, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate with helpers and quality control to maintain production consistency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Startup

• Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up in order to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
• Operate machine as per the Work Instruction in order to ensure a safe and sound runnability.
• Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for approval before passing same for QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.

Problem-Solving & Efficiency

• Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need in order to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Quality & Compliance

• Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to take any necessary action.

Team & Workplace Management

• Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run.
• Sustain the 5S conditions of machines and surrounding workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industrial Diploma (preferred).
• 1 year experience in related tasks.
• Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English (a plus).

• Internal interfaces: All production and maintenance teams, Forklift Driver, Quality Control.
• External interfaces: None.
