Role Purpose

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently while ensuring quality standards, document compliance, and minimal downtime through troubleshooting, quality checks, and task delegation.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Safety

• Operate machinery according to Work Instructions to ensure safe and sound runnability.
• Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.

Quality Assurance

• Check and relay startup samples to the production section head for approval before passing to QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
• Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to enable necessary corrective action.

Troubleshooting & Efficiency

• Troubleshoot problems and request support as needed to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Team Leadership & Workplace Management

• Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run.
• Sustain 5S conditions of machines and surrounding workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industrial Diploma preferred.
• One year of experience in related tasks.
• Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English is a plus.
