Production Line Assembly Operator

Role Overview

Production Line Assembly Operator at Masimo, a Danaher operating company, located in Riyadh. This is an on-site position reporting to the Line Lead within Production Operations.

Role Purpose

The Production Line Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling whole products or product components. The operator performs all tasks in the production process via a rotation system as requested by the immediate supervisor, working within the Danaher Business System of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Follow Production Guidelines, Work Instructions, and specifications.
• Operate machinery and production line equipment.
• Work on the production line and meet production targets.
• Perform automated assembly line tasks in rotation as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Quality Assurance

• Perform In-Process Quality Check (IPQC) on materials usage.
• Understand basic quality product standards.

Workplace Standards

• Follow Health and Safety standards requirements.
• Perform cleanliness (5S) at the beginning or end of each shift.

Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated skills in basic electronics assembly line (advantageous).
• Medical device industry experience (added advantage).
• Ability to work in multiple shift patterns.
• Not color blind.
