Role Overview

Production Helper at Ghobash Group (Spectrum Industries LLC).

Role Purpose

Set up, adjust, and monitor manufacturing equipment while loading supplies, replacing components, and inspecting machinery to ensure safe and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Setup and Monitoring

• Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements.
• Monitor machines for unusual noises or movements.
• Replace molds and cutting surfaces as needed.

Materials and Operations

• Load supplies into machines either by hand or using hoists.
• Act as a link in a chain that involves several manufacturing processes.

Inspection and Maintenance

• Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions, and repairs.

Safety and Housekeeping

• Ensure proper use of safety equipment, clothing, and devices.
• Maintain clean and hygienic working areas.
• Maintain responsibility for the safety and security of equipment and people in working environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School certificate.

• Self-motivated and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently.
