Role Overview

Production Crew at Emirates Flight Catering, based at the company's production facility.

Role Purpose

To perform daily production tasks with precision, maintain food safety and quality standards, and support efficient workflow in a food catering manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Perform a variety of daily production tasks with precision to ensure all finished products meet quality standards and are completed within scheduled timeframes.
• Accurately input data into the database and complete all required daily task logs to ensure reliable records and support efficient production tracking.

Food Safety & Compliance

• Follow the food safety plan and complete all required company training to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and support a clean, hazard-free production environment.
• Follow GMPs, GAPs, company food safety policies, and all SOPs to ensure safe, compliant, and consistent production practices.

Quality Assurance

• Maintain products according to QA/QC procedures to ensure consistent quality throughout all stages of production and compliance with company standards.

Hygiene & Sanitation

• Maintain thorough cleanliness and sanitization of all food-secure and processing areas while adhering to facility and equipment safety measures.
• Ensure a hygienic, hazard-free environment that prevents contamination and protects the safety of all employees.

Collaboration

• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members to support smooth workflow coordination and timely completion of production tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Secondary School degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or agricultural environment is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Understand and speak basic English.
• Perform physical and repetitive tasks.
• Lift to 5 kg.
• Climb ladders, bend, and reach into tight spaces.

Additional Information

• Willing to work mornings, nights, and weekends.
