Role Purpose
The Product Specialist – PureWick is accountable for accelerating adoption, utilization, and commercial growth of the PureWick portfolio across Saudi Arabia. As clinical and commercial champion for the brand, the role drives market development, stakeholder engagement, clinical practice transformation, and account expansion to establish PureWick as the standard of care for non-invasive urinary management.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth
- Increase assigned portfolio share and achieve area annual budget in assigned accounts.
- Create new sales opportunities across all healthcare organizations with different sectors in the assigned territory through direct orders and tenders.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize market penetration and product utilization.
- Understand and develop all sales channels with fast response to customer requests and market demand.
Account Management
- Lead account boarding, stakeholder mapping, and customer engagement strategies.
- Manage relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
- Make proper market mapping and customer segmentation.
Market Development
- Identify the list of all Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) with respected opinion within the incontinence community.
- Ensure that the appropriate level of promotion and product awareness is delivered to the right healthcare professionals in a compliant and ethical way.
Operations & Support
- Assist in clarifying any timely disrupted issues that might affect the delivery process in the assigned area.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure hospitals are aware of the availability of goods through sales team communication.
Governance
- Ensure that BD's professional and ethical standards are followed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred), medical sciences, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment, medical devices, healthcare, or clinical sales.
- Experience engaging with hospital stakeholders, particularly nursing and clinical teams.
- Experience in Urgent Care Centers, Critical Care, Women's Health, or hospital-based solutions (preferred).

- Strong presentation skills.
- Influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of driving product adoption and clinical practice change.
