Role Overview
Product & Packaging Specialist at Aofgroup, responsible for developing, managing, and improving product packaging designs and materials to ensure protection, functionality, and visual appeal.
Role Purpose
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to enhance product presentation and customer satisfaction through innovative packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
- Design and develop innovative packaging solutions that meet product protection and marketing requirements.
- Stay updated on packaging trends, technologies, and best practices.
Supplier & Materials Management
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source appropriate packaging materials.
- Analyze packaging costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure packaging complies with industry standards, regulations, and sustainability goals.
- Conduct quality checks on packaging materials and finished products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing to align packaging designs with brand guidelines.
- Support product launches by managing packaging timelines and logistics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in product packaging development and management.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, regulations, and sustainability practices.
