Role Purpose

Design and build authentic people experiences and products that remove friction from the employee journey. Go beyond tech platforms to create a comprehensive ecosystem of human experiences—from cultural rituals and growth moments to seamless teamwork—that empowers employees across diverse roles, seniority levels, and country contexts to bring their whole, unfiltered selves to work and unlock their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

People Experience Design

• Design a diverse portfolio of touchpoints including cultural rituals, growth moments, and seamless teamwork experiences.
• Immerse yourself in understanding employees: who they are, what they value, how they thrive, and what stands in their way.
• Combine employee interviews, data analysis, and market insights to remove friction and prioritize problems and solutions based on needs and impact.

Discovery & Problem Framing

• Lead the discovery process for your squad, owning it end-to-end from problem framing to solution validation.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and People Partners to uncover unmet employee needs and identify opportunities.
• Break down complex problems into manageable iterations.

Cross-Functional Execution

• Build strong, trust-based relationships across your squad to accelerate execution and raise the quality of decisions.
• Drive Cross-Functional Execution by collaborating and owning the dependency map.
• Thrive in cross-functional teams and excel in a collaborative environment.

Scaling & Product Development

• Rapidly ideate, prototype, and test solutions that work across highly diverse roles, seniority levels, and country contexts.
• Successfully launch products to market or to a large internal user base.

Metrics & Accountability

• Define what "working" means before products are launched.
• Report against metrics honestly, including when a launched experience underperforms and needs to be killed or re-scoped.

Adoption & Change Management

• Partner with leaders and People Partners to drive adoption plans, communications, and manager enablement.
• Influence and enable change, recognizing that even a captive internal user base needs to be won over.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 5 years of work experience in Product Management.
• Successfully launched products to market or to a large internal user base.
• Strong understanding of Agile product management and solid grasp of the responsibilities of empowered product teams.
• Experience in innovation and launching new products and business models to market is a very strong plus.
