Product Manager

Role Overview

Product Manager at Sarj.ai. You will drive the roadmap for the communications platform, working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define what the company builds and why.

Role Purpose

Own the product strategy and execution for key areas of the platform by translating customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements, shipping features that drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Roadmap & Strategy

• Own the product roadmap for key areas of the platform
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements
• Define success metrics and use data to inform product decisions

Product Development

• Work with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship features

Research & Analysis

• Conduct user research and competitive analysis across the MENA market

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or communications
• Experience shipping products from 0 to 1 in a startup environment

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Technical fluency — ability to hold your own with engineers
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
