Role Overview
Product Designer at GSSTech Group, based at Emirates NBD premises in Meydan, Dubai.
Role Purpose
Design and maintain enterprise-scale digital experiences across mobile and web platforms, applying user-centered design principles to create intuitive, scalable, and consistent solutions within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design Systems & Platform Design
- Design and maintain enterprise-scale Design Systems with hands-on experience.
- Design seamless experiences across mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web/desktop.
User Experience & Design Process
- Own and contribute to the end-to-end Design and UX process, from understanding user needs through to final delivery.
- Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, scalable, and consistent digital experiences.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work within Agile Squads, collaborating closely with Product and Technology teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and user needs into effective product experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Design Systems.
- Proficiency in designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web/desktop.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end Design and UX process.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working within Agile Squads with Product and Technology teams.
- Experience in BFS or Fintech, ideally within large organizations (preferred).
- Experience in Retail Banking (preferred).
