Role Overview
Product Design Lead (UX/UI Designer) at Bybit, focused on user growth and optimization of user journeys and growth tools.

Role Purpose
Bridge user experience objectives with business growth goals to drive sustainable improvements in retention and conversion rates. Work closely with the Growth team to design and optimize user journeys and growth tools while maintaining platform-wide design consistency.
Key Responsibilities
User Journey & Growth Design
- Collaborate with the Growth team to complete user journey and growth tool design and iteration requirements.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and feedback management for owned projects to drive experience improvements.
Design Execution & Performance
- Ensure design fidelity in implementation across all deliverables.
- Track post-launch performance and propose data-driven improvement plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Quickly understand business context when other teams face resource bottlenecks and provide flexible supplementary support.
- Collaborate closely with UED designers to maintain platform-wide design standards and consistency.
- Efficiently collaborate with product and business teams to balance business and experience goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Design or related fields; overseas study experience preferred.
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience; experience in user growth or B-side product design preferred.
- Passion for or experience in financial trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe suite.
- Strong product thinking and interaction design skills.
- Able to participate in user research and end-to-end design workflows.
- Strong comprehension and communication skills.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Strong execution ability; able to efficiently deliver high-quality design solutions across multiple directions.
Additional Information
Nice to Have
- Experience in growth-focused product design; familiarity with core growth metrics (retention, conversion, activation).
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) for data-driven design decisions.
- Background in B-side back-office or operations platform design.
- Portfolio clearly demonstrating how design decisions directly drove measurable business metric improvements.
