Role Overview
Producer - Multimedia at Emrb.
Role Purpose
Create, edit, and produce multimedia content across video, photography, and design disciplines, with emphasis on short-form and long-form video production for social media and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Videography & Cinematography
- Operate modern digital cinema cameras including Sony FX3, A7siii, FX30, and Canon C70 / R5C.
- Operate camera stabilizers and gimbals, especially DJI Ronin series (Ronin RS3, RS2, and related models).
- Design and execute lighting setups for both studio and location shoots.
- Prepare scenes, sets, and backgrounds to achieve desired composition.
- Shoot in fast-paced and controlled environments with high attention to detail.
- Develop creative visual storytelling for both short-form and long-form video content.
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit videos creatively and efficiently using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Apply color correction and cinematic color grading to finished footage.
- Add sound design, transitions, and motion graphics overlays.
- Use masks, effects, and advanced editing techniques to enhance storytelling.
- Create motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
Content Strategy & Platform Optimization
- Demonstrate strong understanding of content formats and trends on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X.
- Produce engaging video content optimized for social media distribution.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with Sony FX3, A7siii, FX30, Canon C70, and Canon R5C cameras.
- Expert knowledge of DJI Ronin series camera stabilizers and gimbals.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Advanced color correction and cinematic color grading capabilities.
- Sound design and audio post-production.
- Motion graphics and visual effects composition.
- Proficiency with masks, effects, and advanced editing techniques.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (preferred).
- Strong creative visual storytelling ability.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Team collaboration and independent initiative.
