Alomar Holding Company, a leading Saudi Arabian investment group specializing in real estate development and construction, seeks a Group Procurement Manager based in Saudi Arabia to drive procurement excellence across diverse business units.

Role Purpose
To develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies that support company goals, lead procurement teams across business units, and shape long-term value creation through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to support company goals.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the procurement team across various business units, providing guidance and mentorship.
Supplier & Contract Management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and cost savings.
- Manage supplier relationships to build strong partnerships and ensure quality and reliability of supply.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, efficiency, and value creation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role leading teams.
- Procurement experience within construction or real estate development, including sourcing construction materials and subcontractor services.
- Hands-on experience with strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and procurement process improvement.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory procurement frameworks.
Skills & Competencies
- Experience using Odoo ERP or similar procurement systems.
- Business fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and project/construction teams.
- Ability to present procurement strategies to senior leadership.
Additional Information
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience managing logistics contracts within procurement.
- Experience monitoring supplier performance and driving supplier relationship management initiatives.
- Experience managing external stakeholder relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics/service providers.
- Experience presenting procurement savings and risk updates to board-level stakeholders.
