Role Purpose

To participate in the day-to-day activities of the private bank and wealth management division, providing insights and expertise that help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Strategic Support

• Execute small research projects to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement research findings for private bank and wealth management.
• Perform financial analysis of potential clients.
• Support credit and onboarding due diligence.

Client Engagement

• Work closely with high-net-worth clients and their advisors who have complex banking and investment needs.
• Attend client meetings with experienced bankers.
• Manage client relationships and provide customer service support to clients and customers.
• Respond to questions about products and services.
• Process transactions.
• Prepare presentations and memoranda for existing and new clients.

Product & Service Development

• Identify opportunities and develop business cases.
• Manage the deployment and launch of new products and services for private bank and wealth management.

Financial Modelling & Strategy

• Manage the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support decision-making in private bank and wealth management.

Collaboration & Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
• Network and build relationships across a global organisation.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Train and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently in penultimate or final year of degree in any discipline.
