Private Assets and Estate Manager

Role Overview

Private Assets and Estate Manager at AHS Properties, overseeing luxury estates and yacht operations in London and Dubai.

Role Purpose

To ensure flawless daily operations across a portfolio of private residences and a 106-meter yacht, delivering the highest standards of service, maintenance, and hospitality while managing staff, vendors, and budgets with absolute discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee daily operations of private residences in London and Dubai and the interior of the 106-meter yacht, ensuring impeccable standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and service.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and security protocols compliant with legal and industry standards, including relevant yacht interior standard operating procedures.

Staff & Vendor Management

• Manage, train, and supervise household and yacht interior staff, fostering a culture of excellence, discretion, and professionalism.
• Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and service providers across both residences and the yacht to deliver high-quality, reliable service.
• Develop strong staff management and vendor negotiation skills.

Financial & Procurement Management

• Develop and manage budgets, procurement, and inventories efficiently across all properties and the yacht interior.

Guest & Resident Experience

• Leverage 5-star hotel management experience to elevate the day-to-day guest and resident experience and service delivery standards across the portfolio.
• Plan and execute private events and gatherings at the residences and aboard the yacht, ensuring flawless hospitality and logistics.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for residence and yacht interior matters, coordinating closely with the Owner's Representative and other private asset stakeholders.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with the family, guests, and staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years' experience in a similar Estate Manager, Household Manager, or Private Assets Manager role, ideally with combined residence and yacht interior exposure.
• Proven track record working directly with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and VIP families in a private household or superyacht environment.
• Experience managing multiple properties across different countries, with UK and UAE experience strongly preferred.
• Yacht interior management background such as Chief Stewardess or Interior Manager, highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

• 5-star hotel management background and experience.
• Staff management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Impeccable presentation, discretion, and references from previous principals.
• Fluent English required; additional languages an advantage.

Additional Information

• Flexible and willing to travel between London, Dubai, and the yacht's location as required.
