Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Needs Assessment

• Conduct initial consultations and needs assessments to develop a deep understanding of client challenges and diagnose business needs and opportunities.

Program Design & Delivery

• Design and deliver customized learning solutions that blend Gallup's analytics with clients' strategic priorities.
• Lead executive-level sessions, envisioning workshops, alignment meetings and coaching that help leaders elevate performance, strengthen culture and achieve measurable business results.

Leadership & Coaching Expertise

• Master concepts linked to culture transformation, strengths development, employee engagement, performance and management principles, and coaching to help leaders, managers and individuals maximize their potential.

Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi National required.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, psychology or sociology.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. is a plus.
• At least 15 years of experience in executive facilitation, consulting, or corporate learning and development required.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and advising on leadership, engagement or cultural transformation initiatives required.

Skills & Competencies

• Full fluency in Arabic and English required.
• Executive presence, energy and storytelling ability to command a room and inspire leaders to act on what they learn.
• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset to translate complex data and behavioral research into strategic initiatives for leadership performance.
• Authenticity and authority to influence senior leaders' decisions with trust and expertise.
• Courageous communication to deliver honest feedback and hard truths with boldness, sophistication and care.
• Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach certification or International Coaching Federation certification preferred.
• Experience using AI for research, analysis or content development preferred.
