Role Purpose

Lead Oracle Health Registration projects for healthcare clients across the GCC. Advise client management on patient registration and access workflows, coordinate clinical and technical teams, and drive registration workstreams from requirements through go-live and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead registration workstreams from requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and issue resolution.

Stakeholder Management

• Advise client management on registration strategy and workflows.
• Coordinate clinical and technical teams across projects.
• Mentor consultants on registration practices and methodologies.

Business Development

• Contribute to business development initiatives for Oracle Health consulting services.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in patient registration, healthcare IT, or related consulting.
• Strong knowledge of patient registration and access workflows.

Additional Information

• Regular travel across GCC countries required.
• Dubai-based position.
