Presales Consultant – AVAYA & Unified Communications at Ingram Micro, based in the UAE market.

Role Purpose
You will act as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with sales teams, vendors, and customers to design innovative communication and collaboration solutions that solve complex business challenges and support digital workplace transformation. You will play a critical role in helping customers transform the way they communicate, collaborate, and engage.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Requirements Analysis
- Engage with customers to understand business objectives, communication strategies, and collaboration requirements.
- Analyze customer business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, value-driven solutions.
Solution Design & Positioning
- Design and position end-to-end Unified Communications, Contact Center, Collaboration, and Meeting Room solutions that align with customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop technical proposals, solution architectures, BOMs, and customer-facing recommendations.
Presentations & Demonstrations
- Deliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
Sales Support
- Provide pre-sales technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, ensuring successful solution positioning and customer confidence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Advisory role within Unified Communications, Voice, Collaboration, Contact Center, or Workplace Technologies.
- Proven ability to support enterprise communication and collaboration projects.
- Relevant industry certifications are highly valued.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of AVAYA solutions, enterprise telephony, contact center platforms, collaboration tools, conferencing technologies, and hybrid workplace solutions.
- Strong presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
