Role Purpose

You will work with the Enterprise Regional Sales Manager, Channel Partners, integrators and end users to drive sales through technical expertise, solution design and customer engagement in network and security technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Selling & Opportunity Development

• Identify opportunities and grasp their technical significance.
• Understand the business SWOT of customer environments.
• Articulate the value of a solution and its fit in the customer environment with a focus on solution selling.

Sales Support & Documentation

• Prepare RFP and RFI responses in a clear and coherent manner that emphasize the capacities of the solution.

Customer Service

• Demonstrate a high sense of urgency and deep interest in serving customers.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–7 years of technical sales support in a pre-sales engineering role.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the implementation and operation of WAN/LAN networks with Cisco hardware.
• CCIE certification.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the implementation and operation of Data Center networks.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong writing skills.
• Hands-on functional understanding of multiple firewall platforms: Check Point Firewall-1, Provider-1 and VSX; Cisco FWSM, PIX, CSM and ASA; routers and switches; Juniper Firewall and NSM.
• Understanding of IP Addressing including Subnetting and Supernetting.
